Sandra Grey's Office which is just inside the building entrance lobby will be the designated drop-off / delivery location in the Salamanca Clinic and Home Care building. There are no pick-ups out of this location, only occasional deliveries.
Additional Comments
The Salamanca Clinic and Home Care office does allow for social distancing between all 4 full time employees as their work stations are more than 6 feet apart. However, there are a few adjustments that need to be made to accommodate interactions with the general public, clinic patients and staff that use the facility on an as needed basis. The clinic clerical staff will need a Plexiglas barrier in front of her desk as she interacts with clinic patients without there being a 6 foot social distancing ability. The Home Care clerical staff person will need a Plexiglas partition between her desk and the home care nurse's desk that share the same office desk. These desk's face each other with no partition currently. The Home Care nurses' cubicles are used infrequently and at varying times as none of the Home Care Nurses are in the Salamanca facility full time as their core work functions are performed in the field. Each nurse is assigned a cubicle that is separated by a 5 foot high cubicle wall from each other.
