The Health Department will follow up to make sure that all staff have completed the assigned COVID-19 Target Solutions training provided by Human Resources. Cloth Face coverings have been provided to all Little Valley site staff. Health Department policy will be updated to require that all use of shared space (Breakrooms, bathrooms, Hallways, walkways) all shared equipment (Copiers, Shredders & fax machines) will require all staff to be wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. Health Department policy will be updated to require that all employee huddles in an enclosed space (supervisor's / co-worker's office or cubicle) will require all staff to be wearing a face covering or avoid all together wherever possible.

Health Department policy will be updated to require that all meetings, trainings and huddles will be done through WebEx / phone conferencing when there is over 10 people participating, there are participants from the public or outside agencies, or there is not appropriate space available to accommodate 6 foot social distancing.

Currently from the Little Valley site there are 2 Early Intervention staff that are working from home. There does not appear to be any barriers or issues with this continuing indefinitely if required or necessary.

Additional Comments
The Little Valley office allows for Environmental Health and Early Intervention staff to social distanced while at their work stations. The Health Department policy will be updated to reflect that in all shared spaces where social distancing is not available, staff are to wear face coverings. Posters will be placed in there areas to remind staff of this new protocol.
- Early Intervention Staff are currently working from home at this time. Upon their return to the office, face coverings will be provided.

In the Little Valley office there is a counter that separates the public from County Employees at that site. A Plexiglas barrier for this counter will be necessary. No estimate of costs have been provided from DPW at this time.
A no touch hand sanitizer dispenser needs to be installed on the wall between the employee bathroom and breakroom opposite rooms 216 / 217 and outside the public entrance to room 216. A no touch hand sanitizer to be placed on the clerk's desk and another one at a central location in the Environmental Health office (room 217).

- All Health Department employees have had cloth face masks made available to them.
- Cloth face covering cleaning responsibility has been taken on by all individual staff members for their own cloth masks as they are washable and reusable. Access to replacement cloth face masks have been provided to all staff as these have been ordered from the EOC as needed.
- Upon approval of Safety Plan, Environmental Health and Early Intervention staff will be provided with appropriate PPE and trained on proper donning and doffing of PPE as they enter customers/clients homes as part of their core job duties.

- Communication with employees, patients, customers and the public is currently maintained through daily COVID-19 Huddle, Management staff meetings, division staff meetings, Health Department Facebook page, County Website and press releases.
- Approximately 1 dozen 8.5 x 11 posters have been printed off the CDC and Cattco.org website as well as paper/cardboard frames ordered so that the posters can be hung on the wall with a neat appearance and noticeable outline. The posters pertain to hand washing, social distancing, wearing face covering, the symptoms of COVID-19 and instructions to go home if you are sick in both English and Spanish.

The designated point of entry for Health Department staff at the Little Valley School Building will be the side entrance off of the parking area.
Health Department staff in the Little Valley School Building will be provided a Infrared No-Touch Thermometer to monitor twice daily their temperatures Staff that begin and/or end their shift in the community will be given a temperature log and attestation to self - monitor and record their temperature readings twice daily. CDC, NYS DOH & County posters will be placed near the time clock that Environmental Health uses that reiterate the symptoms and if sick, go home.
