We will continue to post proper signage around the area including additional floor signage. Our work areas do have 6ft spacing between employees. Our classroom / meeting room has the capability to configure the room to meet any social distancing guidelines.

We are able to view persons entering Emergency Services via the video camera system and monitors that are in place in the offices of Emergency Services. This gives us the ability to have the heads up to anyone who enters. Class and meeting size will be adjusted to meet the social distancing guidelines.

Anyone assigned to Emergency Services has the technology and ability to work from home at any given time. It is the discretion of the Director or his assistant to schedule employees to work from home.

The Emergency Entrance is the designated area for pick up and deliveries. Access is limited by the card access system.

Emergency Services is already setup for social distancing as the EOC is operational. We will continue to utilize this process including the temperature screening area upon entering the EOC area.

All Emergency Vehicles have Disinfectant Spray and wipes, Hand Sanitizer and spare masks and gloves. Work areas will be wiped down at the beginning and end of shifts. This also includes vehicles.

The designated point of entry will be the Emergency Services door and the pre screening area will be the current EOC screening area located outside the Veterans Office.
All Employees will per-screen when they enter the Emergency Services area at the beginning of there shift. If the employees travels within the building they must have a mask and where it when social distancing can not be maintained. If the employee leaves the building they must upon re entry per-screen again.
