COVID-19 training has been ongoing throughout the pandemic for all staff.
Staff are all required to wear face masks and goggles at all times in the building, and residents wear face masks during close contact, less than 6 feet, with staff.
Residents are separated at least 6 feet apart on the units and at meal times.
Telehealth has been initiated with Primary Care Physician, Psychiatry, and for the wound clinic currently. Non-urgent physician appointments have been rescheduled to ensure resident safety. Communal dining has been discontinued. Group activities have been cancelled. Therapy has been conducted in the resident room or on the unit to reduce gathering.
At this time there are no employees that can work from home at this facility.
The front entrance is the only entrance to the building at this time. Deliveries are dropped off at the back receiving area and they ring a door bell for staff to come out and get delivery items. All resident items that are brought into the building are quarantined for 48 hours prior to disbursing them.
Please provide in detail any physical space modifications that are proposed to achieve social distancing requirements. These modifications can include, but not limited to rearranging offices, adding physical barriers, etc.
