All staff have been assigned the Corona Virus Training provided through the County's learning management on line system. All staff have completed this training. Updates to protocols will be communicated during weekly staff meetings.

Staff are all stationed in cubicles with physical barriers between staff members. One relocation of of a staff to better achieve consistent compliance with the 6ft distance between stat will be necessary. This will consist of moving Cecilia Chouinard to the area where the badging system is currently set up and moving the badging creation system into the Cecilia's vacated cubicle.

Human Resources has sufficient cloth masks on hand for staff. However for new employee orientation systems we may require more personal protective gear, which we will procure using the Emergency Services procurement process. Also, we will be ordering signage and symbols to communicate appropriate distances anywhere it seems prudent to do so, (in front of Counter, outside of cubicle areas, in front of copiers, in conference room, etc) Signage will be posted in all work areas with reminders to wear face coverings when closer than 6 feet.

Until COVID is no longer a problem and as long as Information Services is able to provide telework laptops and hot spots 4 of my staff will continue to work from home on a rotating basis. (4 work from home 4 come to the office and rotate weeks.)

It will always be necessary to meet with the public regarding Civil Service Applications and Testing as well to meet with the Municipalities and Schools that we serve and provide examinations for positions. When having outside citizens in our office personnel will wear face masks or observe social distancing and ask the public to do so as well. Mail will continue to be picked up and delivered to its current location as it does not require contact or being closer than 6 feet to any personnel. We will continue to do staggered scheduling of new employees for the purpose of on-boarding and new employee training/orientation and require new employees to complete their training on line through the County's Learning Management System, Target Solutions.
Additional Comments
Human Resources will use a system of signage both on walls and floors as noted above.
Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing is recommend and sufficient supplies have already been places at all cubicles and work stations for employees to practice before and after use sanitizing of all work, both constant and intermittent, and break/conference/meeting areas. Before returning to work these protocols will be reviewed with staff during a WebEx Meeting and written protocols will be delivered via email see attached.

1) Swapping the Badging System hardware location with Cecilia Chouinard's current cubicle location. This will require some time to move equipment and the help of Information Services to reinstall the computer hardware to the appropriate locations. I believe Maintenance already has the cubicle wall divisions in the building it is merely a matter of time to install.
2) Plastic or other see through barrier installed on the main counter where personnel great and interact with the public.
