Face mask or coverings will be worn at all times when interacting with others. Exceptions to the mask are when eating or drinking and when not around others. Lunch spots will be designated with signage to keep 6ft distancing. We will arrange group schedules to adjust times of when participants are in the building. Participants are in building to attend their scheduled appointments and are not to linger after. For injections and medication management- limited exposure will be had, proper PPE will be worn (mask, gloves, face shield).

Meetings will be held via phone or video conferencing. Group therapy will be done with face mask and/ or face covering worn by both staff and participants. Limit to 10 individuals or less in a group room. We will utilize telehealth as much as possible, however will be unable to use it long term.

All of the employees are essential for daily functions. We can have 2 therapist remote work from home as long as telehealth is an option. Once telehealth is no longer an option they will need to work on site. We have 3 support staff (2 key board specialist, 1 account clerk typist) We would need one in the building during business hours. This potentially would need to be on a rotation to allow for them to utilize accrued time.

Visitors are not permitted. Deliveries, medication drop off, lunch exchange are done at front desk and tracked. They are not allowed in the building past the waiting room. Health Dept. continues blood work at our site on Tuesday morning which the staff completes health screening including temperature prior to entering.

Staff and participants will be informed of guidelines. Staff will have access and be notified of the policies and safety plan. Participant will be mailed a letter regarding guidelines, staff will talk with their patients about the guidelines. Signage will be used around the building regarding guidelines and safe social distancing .We have and will continue to provide education to participants on guidelines and recommendations surrounding COVID-19. When needed we have cloth face coverings to provide to participants and available materials and directions to take home and make face coverings

No modifications needed to be made by Public works of Building Maintenance. We have limited seating in our group rooms, waiting areas, and common areas. We put seating in storage areas and areas not being used.

Staff will be provided with a reusable face mask. If needed can be replaced. Gloves are available. Nurse has a face shield. Safety goggles are available. Participants who do not have a face mask or face covering will be offered one when needed. They will also be offered a kit with materials/ directions to make your own face mask. When needed we will educate staff and participants on appropriate use, cleaning, storage and discarding PPE. PPE are maintained at the front desk, nurses office, and directors office for accessibly. When needed we will utilize the EOC to obtain needed PPE.

Bathrooms with sink and soap are located on every floor. Hand santizer is in every group room and other common areas. Signage is in bathrooms with proper hand washing instructions. When needed participants are taught and practiced the skills of proper hygiene and hand washing.
Cleaning. Weekly cleaning crew cleans the building. Waiting room is cleaned twice a day. Offices and group rooms are cleaned with disinfectant after every appointment/group. Common areas, items, railings are cleaned daily by available staff.

Communication with staff is done via email, team meetings, and access to polices and procedures. Signage is placed in high traffic areas on every floor and group rooms. General guidelines are placed at the entrance. A bulletin board is kept in the waiting room with up to date information. Participants will be mailed a letter with the general guidelines.

As staff arrive for their shift they are to check in at the front desk and take their temperature and answer the health screening questions. The log will kept at the front desk and at the end of the week given to the director to keep in personal file.
