Most of my offices are already set up for this. What I do need to be installed is one wall between two of my people, Plexiglas for my main office counter area, and a counter and Plexiglas for the assessing room (to keep the distance from the public). I will need signage indicating that only one person from the public is allowed in at a time. We will also set up chairs and tape in the hallway to indicate social distant lengths and areas.

All but one of my people are set up to work at home. We are currently doing this with seven at home and three at work, in a rotating schedule. We are also using Webex for our various in-person meetings, and Cisco Jabber to maintain contact all workday long.
Yes
All of my positions can, but all of them also need to come in once in a while. We also need to have people in the office to help the public, hence seven away and three in the office.
Yes
For people picking anything up, we will have a desk located in the hallway, outside our offices, for them.
Additional Comments
I went into detail with all of the answers to the questions above. I am not sure how much more you need. My steps are:
-Install a wall between two of my people. This should be purchased from the same manufacturer as the desks. It currently has an 18-inch wall, we will need to purchase a 6 ft one at least.
-Set up a desk in the hallway for pickups and dropoffs.
-Post signage in the hallway indicating that only 1 person form the public is allowed in the office at a time.
-Set up chairs and tape in the hallway to indicate the waiting areas.
-Install Plexiglas on the current counter in the main Real Property office.
-Have made a counter for the assessing room with Plexiglas. I have emailed Jim Adsit about this, asking him for help with this.

Physical Space Modifications

Please provide in detail any physical space modifications that are proposed to achieve social distancing requirements.  These modifications can include, but not limited to rearranging offices, adding physical barriers, etc.

Yes
We will need to purchase a new wall for the cubicle that two of my people sit at. There is enough room between them, but there is currently only an 18-inch wall breaking them apart. That one should be removed and a 6 foot one should be installed. This can be purchased through the manufacturer that building maintenance is familiar with. I do not know the cost.

We need Plexiglas for our main counter within the Real Property office. Maybe a hundred dollars, I don't know.

We need to have installed a counter, with Plexiglass, within the assessing office. Right now there is no barrier and the public could just walk in and go right up to someone. We need a barrier to prevent this. I have asked Jim Adsit to come over and take a look. The cost is unknown at the time.

My staff is well equipped with mask coverings. We have either sewed our own or have made masks for others in the department. I have had a meeting with them talking about the cleaning instructions that Doctor Watkins gave out at our last department head meeting.

My people have been informed that the counters and break room area need to be thoroughly cleaned daily. The one who goes into the office that day is the one that has to clean. The bathrooms are cleaned by the cleaning staff as far as I am aware of.

Detailed Summary Options
I have already had multiple meetings with my staff on all of the above. As for signage, I believe Chris Baker said that the EOC has it. I would request that so we can hang it up for the public to see.

The main door, off of the parking lot, by the Board of Elections.
There is currently a county employee at the main entrance who screens everyone's temperature upon entering. For those of my employees who are working from home, we have already met and I have told them that they need to take their temperature every 12 hours and to report to me if they ever have a fever or other symptoms.
